Biography

Dolly Spencer earned her Masters of Education degree at Texas Southern University and Bachelor of Science degree in Education at Mirabeau Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. After many years of service as an educator and later full time after-school coordinator, Ms. Spencer joined the TSU COST as an administrative assistant in the Aviation Science and Technology Department on February 1, 2010. She started working for the Office of the Dean and the Department of Environmental Science and Technology on October 1, 2010.

As the Senior Administrative Assistant, Ms. Spencer is responsible for providing administrative support to the Associate/Assistant Deans and College Business Administrator by implementing day to day administrative procedures and processes.
