❖ Pragmatic engineer with over 7 years of experience as an instructor and developing safety rules and policies for electrical labs, as evidenced by developing and managing an electrical safety system at Texas Southern University.

❖ Mentorship skills to inspire and lead a team and strong leadership skills to manage professionals on collaborative projects to achieve project goals as shown by successfully leading a team to install, configure and commission over 20 sites of VSAT, over 20 publications and $700,000.00 in lab grant funding.

❖ Experience in renewable energy sources, and integration of the same into a conventional power grid, thereby reducing energy cost, maintaining grid voltage stability and reduced power losses, as evidenced by publication of 2 publications and 2 presentations.

❖ Collaborated with the engineering team to assist in the handoff of higher-priority workload, as demonstrated by a 98% success rate of over 50 mentored engineering students.

❖ Troubleshooted and resolved technical issues in a timely manner related to both hardware and application software as demonstrated by 0 downtime on electrical engineering equipment measuring tools. Project Management Expertise

Gained as a Project Engineer in a high-performance cognitive computing system at Air Force Research Laboratory [AFRL] Rome, New York.
