The PHA is a founding partner and financial sponsor of the TSU Maritime Transportation Management and Security Program, which was developed in a significant effort to increase the workforce in the maritime industry. In an era where the workforce is aging and the requirements for contemporary management and security are demanding more highly educated people, the PHS-TSU partnership will supply many highly skilled people to the maritime industry, who will help ensuring the continued operations of the maritime transportation infrastructure.
