COST to be Part of Collaborations with China

Dean Lei Yu was a member of a TSU delegation led by President John Rudley that traveled to China in late May 2012 to explore collaborative opportunities with Chinese universities.  The delegation formally signed the agreement with the Confucius Institute Headquarter in Beijing (Hanban) to establish a Confucius Institute at TSU in partnership with Beijing Jiaotong University.  The delegation also signed Agreements with Beijing Jiaotong University and Shanghai Second Polytechnic University to promote student exchanges, joint academic programs, and faculty collaborative research.  The delegation also visited University of Macau to explore collaborative possibilities
