Welcome to the Department of Engineering at Texas Southern University. We at the department are pleased that you have shown interest in our programs. The department offers five (5) programs at the undergraduate level leading to a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in each. The programs are Civil Engineering (CIVE), Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), Electronics Engineering Technology (ELET), Computer Engineering Technology and Civil Engineering Technology (CIVT).
Texas Southern University Engineering graduates are competitive in their field of study and command the respect of their employers and peers. Students matriculating through our programs are well prepared for opportunities in their respected fields. Our programs strive for the promotion of professionalism and ethical standards in our students which they will no doubt carry along with them throughout their life time as they embark on a journey of lifelong learning.
