year from 2011 to 2016 in three areas of (1) Energy Effiency Wireless
Sensor Networks (EEWSN), Urban
Transportation Environment Networks (UTEN), and Distributed
Computational Networks (DCN),
resprectively.
Texas Southern University was founded in
1927 and is now a comprehensive university, offering
undergraduate and graduate programs and
professional studies.
TSU is a four year special purpose
institution of higher education dedicated to providing quality
instruction, scholarly research, and socially responsible
public service.

schools.
Responsibility and Qualification:
-
The Postdoctoral Fellow in EEWSN will
-
Develop energy efficient
schemes by integrating
secured data aggregation and
dynamic power management, investigate efficient multiple adaptation
algorithms, explore dynamic
control and optimization strategies;
-
Publish research papers, prepare research patents, and submit research proposals;
-
Assist with training
graduate students and managing the research team, provide assistance in
lab
equipment and perform other
duties as required.
-
A Doctorate Degree in
Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering,
Operations Research or a
closely related field is needed.

Maintain lab equipment and perform other job related duties as assigned.
-
A Ph.D. Degree in
Transportation Engineering, Transportation Planning and Management,
Transportation Environment
or a closely related field is needed.
-
The Postdoctoral Fellow in DCN will
-
Engage in the development of distributed computer algorithms in a grid environment
on complex networks with uneven resource allocation
-
Implement new methodologies
into the large scale simulation codes such as the Linear Scaling
Quantum Chemistry computer
code FreeON and traffic emission modeling codes
-
Prepare manuscripts for
publication in peer-reviewed journals and presentations for scientific
conferences
-
supervise graduate and
undergraduate students who are involved in the research in the Center
and perform other
