PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES

Submitted proposal and received funding totaling id=”mce_marker”00,000 from Title III to work with at-risk students at Jack Yates High School July 11, 2013.

Lead the Industrial Technologies faculty in organizing the re-accreditation report for submission to the Association of Technology, Management, and Applied Engineering (ATMAE) April 9-11, 2013.

Attended the Association of Technology, Management, and Applied Engineering (ATMAE) Annual Convention in Nashville, TN where I participated in the Self-Study Development Workshops and Reaccreditation hearings November 14-17, 2012.

Attended the Association of Technology, Management, and Applied Engineering (ATMAE) Convention in Cleveland, OH where I participated in the Accreditation Visiting Team and Self-Study Development Workshops November 8-12, 2011.

Appeared before the Board of Accreditation of the National Association for Industrial Technology (NAIT) in Panama City Beach, Florida, October 23-27, 2007. The Department of Industrial Technologies received re-accreditation of its programs in Design and Construction Technology thru 2013.

Chaired the self-study committee and organized the re-accreditation report for submission to the National Association of Industrial Technology (NAIT) – April 8-10, 2007

Attended the National Association for Industrial Technology Convention inCleveland,OHwhere I participated in the Accreditation Visiting Team and Self-Study Development Workshop November 14-17, 2006.
